f you look at the Topography of Gurgaon, you will find that most of the development has happened on the left side of the Highway, while coming from Delhi. On the right side it is mostly the Old Gurgaon area and Industrial area. On the right side is the area which was initially developed by Dlf Ltd. and later other developers joined in.
Most of the development in Dlf Phase I to V is almost done and rarely we find new complexes coming up, in the near future we are expecting one or two new launches in Dlf phase V by Dlf Ltd., apart from that no new development is expected here.
The are which is coming up fast and close to Dlf phase V, better known as Golf Course road, is the Golf course Extension road. This is the Place to invest in, good developers of repute in this area are : Ireo , Pioneer Urban, Emaar Mgf and Tata Housing. Recommended ones are Ireo Victory Valley , Ireo Plots. Pioneer Park and Pioneer Araya.
The next in line would be a new road called SPR - southern Periphery road - Good developments coming up are Tata Primanti , Dlf Alameda and some apartment complexes by Unitech . Recommended ones - Tata Primanti and Dlf Alameda.
Beyond SPR , we have New Gurgaon being Developed , starting from sector 78 to 98 , many small and big developers are present in these sectors, to name a few : Dlf , Emaar Mgf, 3 Cs, Bestech, Orris, Uppals, Akme , Vatika etc. the recommended projects are Dlf sky court, Dlf Primus, Dlf Garden City Plots , Dlf Ultima, 3 Cs - Greenopolis , Bestech - Grand Spa , Emaar Mgf palm Gardens.
Neighboring the new Gurgaon area is Dwarka Expressway , sector 99 to 115. The sector closer to New Gurgaon area are 99 to 102 and rest of the sectors are more towards Dwarka . There are many developers active on Dwarka Expressway, namely : BPTP , Emaar Mgf, Sobha , Mahindra Life spaces , Puri constructions, Uppals, Adani , Era Group, Chintels, Tata Housing etc. Recommended ones are Emaar Mgf, Tata Housing , Sobha Developers, Mahindra Life spaces.
All the developments which we would recommend are in the budget range of about 1.5 crores to about 6 crores , depending on what you are interesting in buying or investing.
The subject of investment is pretty wast and a meeting in person with the buyer/investor is essential to determine the right product.
